摘要:
制备了含有埃洛石气凝胶的防冰涂层,对比了埃洛石和埃洛石气凝胶2种填料对涂料的机械强度、粘度、结冰温度和疏水性的影响﹒通过扫镜电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、接触角检测和结冰温度测试等方法对试样进行了表征﹒研究结果表明,埃洛石气凝胶能够有效地提升涂料的机械强度、疏水性和结冰率等性能﹒
Abstract:
The anti-icing coating containing halloysite aerogels were prepared. The effects of two kinds of fillers of halloysite and halloysite aerogels on the mechanical strength, viscosity, freezing temperature and hydrophobicity of the coatings were compared. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), contact angle measurement and freezing temperature measurement. The results show that the halloysite aerogels can effectively enhance the mechanical strength, hydrophobicity and icing rate of coatings.
