摘要:
N-乙基苯并吲哚与对苯二甲醛缩合后,经乙二硫醇保护醛基,得半花菁类衍生物(CyQ),其结构经1H NMR及质谱表征﹒汞离子促进脱硫醇保护,诱导体系的荧光信号显著增强,且汞离子浓度在(0.1~0.7) mol/L范围内与荧光强度的变化呈良好线性关系,拟合的线性方程为y=8.09x+0.707(R2=0.982 0),经计算,其最低检出限为11.6 nmol/L﹒采用汞离子介导的“脱硫醇保护”策略,构建汞离子“关-开”型荧光分析法,同时汞离子经沉淀过滤去除﹒
Abstract:
A novel hemicyanine derivatives (CyQ) was obtained via condensation reaction between N-ethyl benzoindoles and p-phthalaldehyde, and protected by dithioglycol, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and mass spectrometry. Mercury ions promoted the deprotection of thiolacetals and significantly enhanced fluorescent signal. And the change in fluorescent intensity was linear with the concentration of the mercury ions in the range of (0.1~0.7) mol?L-1, the linear equation fitted is y=8.09x+0.707(R2=0.982 0). The minimum detection limit is 11.6 nmol?L-1. The mercury ion-mediated “desulfurization protection” strategy was used to construct a mercury “turn-on” fluorescence analysis method. At the same time, the mercury ions were removed by precipitation and filtration.
